This weekend’s race will take place at Daytona International Speedway.  Daytona is a 2.5-mile Super Speedway that opened in 1959. 

 

Saturday’s race is set to be 160 laps (400 miles) with stage breaks at 50 – 100 – 160, with a competition caution at lap 20.  The fuel window is approximately 38-42 laps.

 

NASCAR has run 8.678.53 miles so far this year.  Denny Hamlin has completed 99.89% of them, the most of any driver.
